Although only a minor hit in 1982, "Destination Unknown" by Missing Persons became an MTV staple and a classic example of 80s New Wave/Pop. The combination of their New Wave sound mixed with Dale's quirky voice and outrageous fashions totally personified the newly emerging look and sound of the MTV era. This is still one of my all-time favorite songs of the 80s.
